The MaidBench calculator runs in your browser. Its inputs are not sent to MaidBench, and the site does not create an account or collect customer job records. A scenario CSV is generated on your device when you choose to download it.
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, and access logs, to deliver and protect the website under its own policies.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is not active while account setup is pending. When it is enabled, this website will ask you to allow it before loading Google’s tag. If you allow analytics, Google processes information such as page visits, device and browser information, campaign codes, toolkit views, checkout clicks, and use of the calculator or export button. Calculator inputs, calculated job amounts, customer records, email addresses, and payment details are not included in MaidBench’s analytics events.
Google Analytics can use first-party cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. MaidBench stores your analytics preference on this device for up to six months. With your permission, it also stores campaign codes and advertising click identifiers in this browser tab for a session with a 30-minute inactivity limit and passes them to Payhip checkout. Arbitrary URL parameters and fragments are excluded from MaidBench’s page-view data.
When analytics is enabled, use Analytics preferences in the footer to allow or decline it. Turning it off clears MaidBench’s analytics cookies and stored campaign codes and reloads the page to stop the tag. Download any calculator scenario you want to keep before doing so. Advertising cookies, Google signals, and advertising personalization are not enabled by MaidBench’s tag.
Purchases and downloads
Checkout and digital delivery are provided by Payhip. When you buy, Payhip and its payment providers process purchase information such as your email address, billing details, payment information, and transaction records under their own privacy policies. The seller receives order information needed to deliver the product, provide support, handle refunds, and keep required business records.
Payhip controls its own checkout cookies and privacy choices. When checkout analytics is connected and allowed there, Payhip sends completed purchase events to Google Analytics. Allowing analytics on MaidBench does not automatically accept Payhip’s separate cookie choices. Declining analytics or using a blocker can prevent a purchase from being attributed to its original campaign.
MaidBench does not receive or store your full payment-card details on this website. Purchases are completed on the checkout provider’s domain.
Your workbook
The downloaded workbook has no macros or connection that sends entered business data to MaidBench. If you store it in Microsoft, Google, or another cloud service, that service processes the file under its own policies. You control where you save and share your customer records.
Support and privacy requests
Contact the seller through your purchase receipt or the seller contact page. Share only the information necessary to resolve your request. Avoid sending customer names, addresses, payment details, or complete business records when a description of the issue is sufficient.
External services
Review Google’s privacy policy and Payhip’s privacy policy. Hosting, checkout, analytics, and any spreadsheet service you choose are separate services. This page describes the current MaidBench website and may be updated if its data practices change.
