Seller and product
MaidBench is a digital product offered by Ahearn Paper Co. The Cleaning Profit Kit is a downloadable ZIP containing an .xlsx workbook, a PDF setup guide, and license information. It is not a physical product. The price is $79 USD before any applicable tax shown at checkout.
Single-business license
A purchase grants a nonexclusive license to use and modify the files internally within one business, including use by its staff. You may make working copies and backups for that business. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly post, sublicense, or repackage the files as a competing template product. The license does not transfer ownership of the original product.
Software and capacity
You need software that can open .xlsx files. The workbook has no macros. It provides 200 saved quote rows, 200 completed visit rows, and 50 customer rows per workbook. Keep formula columns intact, use one currency consistently, and make separate workbook copies for additional periods. A desktop or laptop is recommended.
The delivered format is .xlsx. Importing to another spreadsheet application may change formatting or calculation behavior. This release was checked in a spreadsheet calculation engine; native Excel and Google Sheets application behavior has not been independently verified. Check the sample totals before relying on an imported copy.
What the model does
The workbook and calculator use your entered assumptions to model costs, prices, and comparisons. Fictional examples are not industry benchmarks, actual customer earnings, local market rates, or forecasts. The product does not guarantee income, customer demand, hiring results, retention, or profitability.
It is not a substitute for accounting, payroll, scheduling, tax, legal, or other professional services. You remain responsible for the data you enter, the quotes you send, your service scope, and business decisions.
Delivery and support
Payhip handles checkout and download delivery after successful payment. Keep your receipt and a backup of the downloaded files. Contact the seller through your receipt or the seller contact page for missing files, access issues, or product questions.
14-day refund policy
If the kit does not meet your needs, request a refund from the seller within 14 days of purchase. Include the order email and product name so the purchase can be located. Payment-provider processing times may affect when a refund reaches your account. After a full refund, stop using the licensed product and delete your working product copies, except records you are legally required to retain.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Website content and originality
The MaidBench site, guides, layout, and workbook were created for this product. You may use the free calculator for your own planning. Do not copy the paid files or republish substantial portions of the original guides or website as your own product.
Changes
The seller may update website content and future product releases. A purchase does not include a promised update schedule or ongoing custom work. Material changes to the terms are reflected by the effective date on this page.
