Help & downloads

From download
to your first quote.

A short path through the files, setup, and common questions.

Download and extract the ZIP

After a successful checkout, open your download link and save the ZIP. Extract it before opening the workbook. Keep a backup of the original download and your order receipt.

Open the workbook and guide

Open maidbench-cleaning-profit-kit.xlsx in software that supports .xlsx files. Read the PDF setup guide. No macros are required. Compare the example totals with the guide before changing the inputs.

Replace the fictional assumptions

In Settings, replace the amber input cells with your own costs. In Clients, add unique customer IDs. Clear fictional input records before entering real visits; keep formula columns intact.

Prepare a quote and save its snapshot

Use the Quote tab. Copy A36:J36, then paste values into the next available Quotes row. This preserves the original estimate when assumptions later change.

Record actual visits and review the period

Enter each completed visit and its actual costs in Jobs. Set the Dashboard period. Use a workbook copy for each month and stay within the listed record capacity.

Need help with an order?

Keep your checkout receipt. Use its seller contact option, or visit the seller contact page and choose the seller contact option. Include the order email, product name, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details or customer records.

For a refund, contact the seller within 14 days of purchase. The terms page describes the license and refund policy.

Common questions

What exactly am I buying?

A ZIP download containing one Excel workbook with seven connected tabs, a PDF setup guide, and a single-business license. The workbook includes fictional examples so you can see the workflow before replacing them with your own data.

Do I need a monthly subscription?

MaidBench charges one payment for the downloadable kit. There is no MaidBench subscription. You need software that can open an .xlsx workbook; Microsoft Excel may have its own cost.

Can I use Google Sheets?

The workbook uses familiar formulas and can be imported into Google Sheets. The delivered file is .xlsx, not a native Google Sheet. This release was checked in a spreadsheet calculation engine; native Excel and Google Sheets application behavior has not been independently verified. Review the example totals after import before relying on your own results.

Is it designed for a solo cleaner or a crew?

Both. It separates cleaners, on-site hours per person, and paid travel. Include an owner wage when the owner does the work. The kit is intended for residential cleaning owners and small teams, with 200 quotes, 200 visits, and 50 customer records per workbook.

Will it tell me what cleaners charge in my area?

It models a price from your own time, costs, fee assumptions, and target margin. It does not provide local market rates or predict customer demand. Check the result against your scope and the market you serve.

How do downloads and refunds work?

Checkout sends your download after a successful purchase. Keep the receipt so you can return to your download and contact the seller. If the kit does not meet your needs, request a refund within 14 days through the seller contact option on your receipt or seller contact page. See the terms and refund policy.
